✦ Impersonating others or providing false information is prohibited.

✦ You can't do anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorised purpose.

✦ You can't violate these Terms or our policies, nor can you assist or encourage others in doing so, or engage in any activities that disrupt the intended operation of Campushives.

✦ You can't attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorised ways.

✦ You can't sell, license or purchase any account or data obtained from us or our Service.

✦ You can't post someone else's private or confidential information without permission or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeit or pirated goods).

✦ You can't modify, translate, create derivative works of or reverse-engineer our products or their components.

✦ You can't use a domain name or URL in your hivetag without our prior written consent.

✦ To access certain features of Campushives, you may be required to create an account.

✦ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

✦ You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

✦ We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a licence to use it.

✦ You give us permission to use your username, profile picture and information about your relationships and actions with other accounts on our platform.

✦ You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device.

✦ If you choose a hivetag or similar identifier for your account, it may be changed by us if we deem it necessary.

✦ When using our Service and incorporating our intellectual property-covered content into your own content, we retain ownership rights to our content, but not to yours.

✦ To modify, create derivative works, decompile, or extract source code from us, written permission is required either directly from us.

✦ To deactivate your account if you violate any of these Terms of Use or Our policies.
